Coaching on the go – a Dopamine Booster

This is me, waiting for my client to start our Bi-weekly lunch session outdoors. I call it coaching on the go. I came up with the idea noticing the great impact on our creativity, positivity and curiosity when we discuss challenges outdoors.

Being outdoors can boost our mood and problem-solving abilities due to factors like natural light, fresh air, and exposure to nature. These elements help reduce stress and increase dopamine, making us feel happier and more creative. In general when we are happier and more positive we can up up with smarter, and more effective solutions to challenges we are facing. We also believe more in our ability to achieve our goals.
