Work-life balance is for me finding a way to incorporate what gives me positive energy throughout the day. Achieving it means, could help prevent burnout, promote mental and physical health, and ensure an overall sense of well-being. Achieving work-life balance is about skillfully managing your time, establishing clear boundaries and focus on the work that is needed, and the prioritisation of what needs to happen first. I sit on a sunday evening with my notepad and plan my week ahead with my meetings, my clients sessions, administration that need to be done, marketing, and leave also some time for networking.
